Shipping policy

While we take every measure possible to ensure your items arrive to you the precise way they left our care, transit disruption, although rare, can occur.

Should your products arrive in a less than acceptable manner from damage during transit, kindly report your concerns within fourteen (14) business days for proper resolution.  Be sure to include your order number, tracking number, and a clear photo of the damaged shipping box, and damaged contents inside. Please include a detail of which items were found unsatisfactory. Email the requested information to concierge@beautybyvrai.com
