Refund policy

Should the rare occasion arise that your purchase is found unsuitable, we have a 30-day conditional return \ exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return \ exchange.  Requests made outside of the 30 calendar days, will not be honored. 

To be eligible, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it:  unused, with tamper evident seals undisrupted, product unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If eligible: A member of the concierge team will review your request, if accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued. 
Once received, and approved, you will be issued an in-store credit less $8.95 for return processing.
If requesting a refund, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund less $8.95 for return processing.

For eligible exchanges: 
A member of the concierge team will review your request, if your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted, and an exchange will not be issued. 
Once your returned item is approved, your desired exchange item will be mailed to you. 
Exchange shipping is complimentary.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 14 days) if the item is found to be defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and ensure a prompt resolution.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products that have been used, or have had the tamper evident seal broken). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get your intended, or corrected item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, in accordance to EU laws, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with tamper evident seals in place, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less the cost of return shipping and if applicable, a 15% restocking fee.  Kindly remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
